Because our collections are different, each has its own refund policy. Please follow the policy that matches the items you ordered.

Refund Policy – Styled by Avalon (Ready-to-Wear)

 

You may return ready-to-wear items within 14 business days of delivery.

 

Requirements:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

 

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

How to Return:

Email stitchedbyavalon@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if faulty. Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected.

 

This policy applies only to Styled by Avalon products. Our handmade pieces have a separate policy below.

 

Refund Policy – Stitched by Avalon (Handmade)

 

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days only for manufacturing faults or defects.

 

How to Return:

Email stitchedbyavalon@gmail.com with a description and photos of the fault. We’ll assess the issue and confirm if it qualifies for exchange.

 

Approved returns will have shipping costs reimbursed once received. Misuse or lack of care is not covered.

 

Conditions:

All returns must be pre-approved.

Items must be in original condition.

At Avalon, we want your shopping experience to be as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Please note that our Stitched by Avalon (handmade) and Styled by Avalon (ready-to-wear) collections are shipped from different locations, so delivery times and shipping methods vary.

 

Stitched by Avalon – Handmade Collection

 

Flat Rate Shipping: $10 on all orders under $150. Orders over $150 ship free as our thank-you for your support.

 

Delivery Timeframe: 3–7 business days once your order is processed.

 

Order Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

 

Styled by Avalon – Ready-to-Wear Collection

 

Flat Rate Shipping: $10 on all orders under $150. Orders over $150 ship free.

 

Delivery Timeframe: 10–20 business days, as these pieces are shipped directly from our trusted international workshop partners.

 

Order Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

 

Separate Shipments: If you order items from both collections, they may arrive separately as they are shipped from different locations.

At Stitched by Avalon, we are deeply committed to sustainability and implement several practices to minimize our environmental impact:

1. Use of Sustainable Materials: Due to a wool allergy, we have explored alternative eco-friendly materials and discovered the benefits of using mill ends. Mill ends are yarn scraps from the yarn mill that would otherwise end up in landfill. By repurposing these materials, we not only reduce waste but also create unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that are both beautiful and environmentally responsible.

2. Handmade Production: At Stitched by avalon all of our products are handmade. Handmade production fosters ethical labor practices, providing fair wages and better working conditions compared to the often exploitative labor practices in fast fashion. Each item is crafted with care and minimal environmental impact compared to mass production methods.

3. Eco-Friendly Packaging: We use sustainable packaging materials that are either recyclable or biodegradable, reducing the environmental impact of our shipping process.
