Important Considerations

• Colour Variations: Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the same tone/shade of the chosen colour as colours and tones can vary from different yarn batches.
• No Change of Mind Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Additionally, colours may look different on various monitors and screens.

Return Policy

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14  calendar days from the date you received your item. To initiate a return, please contact us at .
• Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Steps to Return

• Contact Us: Email us at with a description explaining the fault/defect, how it impacts the quality/use of the product, and include photo(s) for assessment.
• Assessment: We will assess the nature of the fault/defect to determine if it is due to a crafting or manufacturing fault.
  • If the defect/fault is determined to be due to misuse or lack of care by the customer, the exchange will be refused.
  • If the defect/fault is determined to be a manufacturing issue, we will exchange the product. The customer must pay the return shipping cost, which will be reimbursed upon receiving the product.

Conditions

• Original Condition: All goods must be returned in their original condition.
• Unauthorised Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Spot Washing:

• Gently clean any spots or stains using a mild detergent and cold water.
• Dampen a soft cloth with the soapy solution and gently dab the affected area. Avoid rubbing, as this can cause fibers to fray.
• Rinse the cloth with clean water and dab the spot again to remove any soap residue.
• Lay the item flat on a clean towel to air dry.

Steaming:

• If your crochet product becomes bent or creased, steaming can help restore its shape.
• Use a handheld steamer or the steam setting on your iron. Ensure the iron does not touch the fabric directly to prevent damage.
• While steaming, use your hands to gently reshape the item if necessary. Be cautious, as the fabric can become hot.
• Allow the item to air dry completely before using or storing it.

General Tips:

• Avoid exposing your crochet items to direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can cause colors to fade.
• Store your crochet pieces flat or gently rolled to maintain their shape. Avoid hanging them, as this can stretch the fabric.
• Keep your items away from sharp objects that could snag the yarn.

Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 on all orders under $150. For orders over $150, enjoy complimentary shipping as a token of our appreciation for your support.
