• Colour Variations: Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the same tone/shade of the chosen colour as colours and tones can vary from different yarn batches.
• No Change of Mind Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Additionally, colours may look different on various monitors and screens.

Return Policy

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14  calendar days from the date you received your item. To initiate a return, please contact us at .
• Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Steps to Return

• Contact Us: Email us at with a description explaining the fault/defect, how it impacts the quality/use of the product, and include photo(s) for assessment.
• Assessment: We will assess the nature of the fault/defect to determine if it is due to a crafting or manufacturing fault.
  • If the defect/fault is determined to be due to misuse or lack of care by the customer, the exchange will be refused.
  • If the defect/fault is determined to be a manufacturing issue, we will exchange the product. The customer must pay the return shipping cost, which will be reimbursed upon receiving the product.
